Age Requirement policy 

• All guests of the hotel must be 18 years of age and above. Alternatively, guests below the age of 18 should be accompanied by adults. The hotel respectfully reserves the right to check identification. 

Connecting Room Policy 

• The hotel is pleased to offer connecting room for your convenience. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability. 

Extra Bedding Policy

• It is our pleasure to offer extra beds upon request for an additional fee. 

Family Plan Policy

• Children age 12 and under sleep for free in the existing bedding of a room shared with a paying adult. Rollaways may incur extra charges. Child breakfast charge applies for children from 3 to 12 years of age. Adult breakfast charge applies for children 13 years of age and above.

• The exact layout, furnishings and view from the guestroom may vary depending on the room assigned upon check-in. It is our pleasure to accommodate any specific requests, subject to availability. 

Check-In & Check-Out Policies 

Early Arrival Policy

• We are pleased to guarantee early arrival. To guarantee a room for early arrival before 2pm, we request that guests provide one night’s room charge. Please make your request as early as possible, to ensure availability.

Early Departure Policy

• We are pleased to accommodate early departures upon request. At this time, guests may change their departure date without penalty if their rate-plan permits.

ID Requirement

• Valid photo identification is required at check-in.

Late Checkout Policy

• We are pleased to accommodate late check-outs upon request. In the case of a late check-out before 6pm, an additional half day rate will apply. For check-outs after 6pm, a full-day rate will apply. 

General Policies 

Alcohol Policy

• We are pleased to serve alcoholic beverages to guests over 20 years old (with valid identification).

No Durian Policy

• Please note that durian fruit is not allowed in any hotel area. A fee of THB 5,000 will be assessed if in possession of a durian.

Package Handling Policy

• We are happy to accept packages for arriving guests with a secured reservation- otherwise, packages cannot be accepted. Please note that for security purposes, contents must be checked and declared.

Pet Policy 

• While we greatly appreciate our guests’ four-legged companions, the hotel does not accept pets at this time.

Pool Policy

• The hotel is pleased to extend the use of our pool exclusively to resort guests. Visitors are not permitted in the pool area. Also, children of age 15 and under are not permitted to use the pool alone. No diving and jumping is allowed as hotel does not provide life guards.

Visa/Passport Policy

• We request that all non-local residents present passports and immigration entry cards upon arrival, according to Thai immigration laws. 

Health & Well-Being Policies 

Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not permitted in all our guest rooms. Please note that as per Thai law, smoking is not permitted in restaurants, bars, meeting rooms, or public areas of the hotel. A cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy. THB 2,500 per stay for all of hotel room type. 

Payment Policies 

Payment Policy

• We are pleased to accept cash, credit cards and bank transfers as forms of payment. Credit card authorization forms are accepted. Please contact the hotel directly to make arrangement. All guests booking a prepaid reservation with credit card are required to present the credit card used for the payment at check-in for verification.
